“Working on my Seminole Spirit project took me into some of the most exceptional locations, like the edge of this small lake surrounded by cypress trees. Behati is painted entirely gold and I took this photograph in the late crisp light — the heart of what I was out to create with Seminole Spirit.”

This is where his worlds of fashion, celebrity, culture and nature collide freely and without boundaries.
The range of the series includes moments of peace he has found underwater in stunning seascapes through to studio concepts of people such as Heidi Klum, Rachel Roberts, Nicole Trunfio and Miranda Kerr.
His early works on this series can be found in his publication Russell James (2008) and Nomad Two Worlds (2012).
